This is an old rough version of the Rocket II series. There are a few postures missing and only the right side of each posture is shown. Rocket II series is a vinyasa system that is based on transitions which can not be fully show with still photos.  Please visit you local Rocket trained teacher in your area to witness and feel the truth of this amazing series.
