Are there any nearby waterfalls that can be visited during a stay at the yoga retreat location in puero rica?

Arriving at Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort is to feel like you are entering an oriental paradise. The complex is located on the northwest coast of Costa Rica, in the almost mystical town of Nosara, in the province of Guanacaste. Here residents live in harmony with nature and often live more than 100 years. Bodhi Tree seeks to promote this level of harmony, so at the resort everything revolves around the life-giving element of water, from the property's ancient pool and fountains to the first-class beaches and waterfalls for surfing nearby.

Once you're done with meditation and yoga, you can head to the beach to see dolphins and whales. They offer a yoga adventure package that includes classes twice a day in their large studio located in the middle of the rainforest. Imagine yourself in the isolated forest on the mountainside of Puerto Rico practicing Yin Yoga and/or Yoga Nidra every day. Choosing islands for yoga retreats is a wise decision, since they will offer you a wonderful environment where you can do everything you want without tension from the outside world.

We will explore the beaches (the Atlantic Ocean, 26% the Caribbean Sea), the waterfalls, the rivers, the mountains and the charming and historic city of Old San Juan. This yoga retreat was good because they did a great job teaching a class suitable for many different levels. Easily one of the most famous and impressive waterfalls in Puerto Rico, the Doña Juana waterfall is located along Highway 149 in Orocovis. Your private yoga retreat package includes twice-daily yoga classes with a teacher who is an expert in different traditions taught by Krishnamacharya, including Viniyoga and Ashtanga.

Of course, yoga has something to do with all of that, but just being on the land located in a rural area of the Osa Peninsula increases the experience and helps free your mind from the stressful environment you just came from. Yoga and meditation are generally offered daily (for example, from 7 to 9 in the morning), pranayama, singing, relaxation and pilates, and various activities and other rituals throughout the day. Of course, all of this varies depending on the retreat you choose, so be sure to find one with a good balance of activities that interest you. We want to thank Steven for all his years of serving the Casa Grande Mountain Retreat and the thousands of guests who did.

The quiet yoga room was located on the second floor of the property, allowing the sea and green foliage to peek out. They also offer combined yoga and surf packages, and private rooms have double beds and rainforest views (but it's worth noting that they don't have air conditioning).
